• CityReset does not sell customer personal information.

Photos

Booking photos are stored privately and are used for quotes, cleaner preparation, customer support and service-quality review.

CityReset will not publish a customer's home photos for advertising or social media without separate permission.

Payments

When online payments are enabled, payment-card information will be handled by the payment provider. CityReset does not intend to store full card numbers in its own database.

Cookies and authentication

CityReset may use necessary cookies or similar browser storage to keep customers, cleaners and administrators signed in and to protect account sessions.

CityReset services and accounts are intended for adults. CityReset does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
